Francesca Thorley

Francesca is our founder and managing director. Francesca started the company in 2018 after previously working within practice for over five years. Francesca has a property portfolio and has an extensive property-developing background. Francesca has grown the business from the ground-up, starting with friends and family, relying on word of mouth and her professional reputation to build her clientele. Her approachability and attention to detail  has attracted clients across a range of industry sectors and she will work tirelessly to ensure all your accounting needs are taken care of. Francesca has completed her level 4 in accounting and is currently studying towards her CTA - Chartered Tax Advisor.

Samantha Weaver

Samantha joined the company in 2022, after a complete career-change. As the company has grown and taken on clients, it was important that any new employees were able to keep up with the demand and quality of client-communications. Having previously worked with Francesca for a number of years, we knew Samantha would be up for the challenge. New clients will become familiar with Samantha from the get-go, she will help guide you through the on-boarding process and assist you with any email and social media enquiries. Samantha is undergoing her level 3 AAT in accounting, hoping to follow all the way on to do ACCA. Samantha's main roles are maintaining client's bookkeeping accounts, managing Xero support sessions for clients and assisting with any software that they may require.
